How to Use Epsom Bath Salts:

Pour a handful of Epsom Bath Salts onto your palm and then place some water to soften the salts. Gently massage onto your skin, all over your body. Leave it on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse and towel dry.

If you have a bath tub - place half a cup of Epsom Bath Salts into the tub. Fill tub with warm water. Soak in and magically feel the stress and tiredness easing away. Relax and soak for as long as you wish. When the water in the tub cools down, you may wish to add in more warm water.
